BDS admission test: Directive to close photocopier shops

The admission test of Bachelor of Dental Surgery (2017-18) will be held on November 10 Friday.

At a meeting held at the health ministry on BDS admission test with Secretary (health education) Fayez Ahmmed in the chair, the health ministry has banned watch and other electronic devices in examination halls.

The meeting has also urged the law enforcement agencies to keep close all the shops of photocopier machines in the nearby area of examination center.

This time, 22,539 admission seekers will sit for the test to vie for 532 public and 1,385 private seats.

Vice Chancellor of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University Professor Dr Kamrul Hasan Khan, Bangladesh Medical Association President Dr Mostafa Jalal Mohiuddin, columnist Syed Abul Moksud, representatives from police and RAB were present, among others.
